I haven't been posting much recently purely for the fact that I haven't had time as I have lots of things to do before sixth form starts again. So this dinner is a super quick and nutritious one for when you're in a rush and need a good meal.
Ingredients:
- Heinz 5 beanz
- 1 tsp chilli
- wraps
- Spinach
- Yogurt
- Salsa
1.Warm through the beans with the chilli
2.Heat up a frying pan with 1tsp oil
3.Add one wrap to the pan and spoon the beans on top.
4. Place a wrap on top and press the edges down
5. When the bottom wrap has browed flip the wraps to crisp up.
6. Serve up with spinach, 1tsp salsa and 1tbsp of yogurt
