Ultimate Chocolate PB milkshake

This recipe I have made so many times and it tastes like chocolate heaven, to make it a breakfast drink, add coffee!

Ingredients:

300 ml unsweetened soy milk
1 large ripe banana
1 heaped tbsp peanut butter
5 dates
2 tsp cocoa powder (100% cocoa)
1 tsp chia seeds
100 ml strong coffee (optional)
ice

Method:

Blend up all the ingredients with lots of ice and serve as breakfast or dessert. Enjoy! Cassidy xx
