We found the Gruffalo! |
During a dog walk yesterday we picked up quite a few blackberries and we also found the gruffalo! When picking always make sure they're a certain height off the ground (so that foxes and dogs haven't done their business on them) and always rinse them before eating! Ripe blackberries should come off the bush quite easily without too much force needed.
I'm fortunate enough to also now have a nutribullet (uni present from mum) which I am absolutely in love with and I can't wait to discover all the different things I can make with it! Due to the apples and oats in this recipe a high power blender would be best, but if not then just use the juice from an apple! This tastes so comforting and delicious and it's really healthy!
