Extras
Gravy - I know some people love homemade gravy, but in my house it's all about the Bisto - made up super thick and poured over everything.
Cranberry sauce - Again, we also have store-bought cranberry sauce - but I have seen some lovely recipes of fresh cranberries, simmered down with orange zest, spices and sugar, which sounds delicious and super festive.
Horseradish - There are a few vegan options now available on shops like Ocado and health food shops and for my mum, it wouldn't be Christmas without the spicy kick of horseradish!
Our dessert is usually eaten a little later after the meal, once we have more room to enjoy it. Whilst Christmas pudding is a classic, it's not to everyone's liking - so here are a few other desserts you could enjoy with lashings of vegan cream, custard or ice cream!
Pear & Ginger Spice Cake
Spiced Plum Crumble
Vegan No-Bake Chocolate Tart
One the chocolate lovers, easy to prep in advance and delicious as is, or with a scoop of vanilla ice cream!
I hope you all have incredible Christmases and are able to focus on the things you're grateful for. If you make any of my recipes I'd love to see them - please tag me on social media & stories @euphoricvegan and use the tag #euphoricvegan.
